Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
Collaborate with nurses and aides to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
CPR certification (BLS) required
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work night shifts and pass a background check
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to adapt to changing resident needs
