Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop individualized care plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Adapt treatment techniques to meet diverse patient needs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or compact eligibility)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation
Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and progression
Knowledge of functional mobility assessments and outcome measures
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skill in manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations and soft tissue work
