Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, with call requirements including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating or scrubbing support in a busy OR
Assist surgeons during a variety of procedures, ensuring a sterile environment
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated team of perioperative professionals
Manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
Document patient care accurately according to hospital protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Idaho or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ability to handle fast-paced surgical environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of surgical aseptic technique and sterile processing
Familiarity with a wide range of surgical instruments and equipment
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in emergencies
Proficiency in electronic medical records
