Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create care plans
Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments as necessary
Educate and support families during their NICU journey
Administer medications and perform procedures per protocol

Qualifications

Active RN license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience preferred
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of neonatal care protocols
Skills in interpreting monitoring equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate patient- and family-centered care approach
