Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule with weekend requirements based on unit needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to patient needs
Administer medications including Heparin and Cardizem drips with precision
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes
Support patients and families through every step of their healing journey
Float as needed to support your colleagues across units

Qualifications

Active WA or Compact RN license
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of acute care clinical experience
Comfortable with telemetry monitoring and reading strips
Experience with limited drip titration (Heparin and Cardizem)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfort working with diverse patient populations
Ability to adapt and float between units as needed
Passion for delivering patient-centered care
