Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a diverse population including L&D, postpartum, special care nursery, peds, and NICU
Provide patient and family education to promote wellness and recovery
Transcribe, utilize, and implement protocols and physician orders accurately
Coordinate the healthcare team and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel effectively
Deliver compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in the State of Wyoming in good standing
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
Labor and delivery nurses must complete Intermediate and Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring classes within specified timeframes
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and pediatric advanced life support
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
