Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients in our ICU
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatments as needed
Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support equipment
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team to develop and execute care plans
Educate and support patients and families through complex health challenges

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and IV pumps
Ability to manage multiple complex patients in a fast-paced environment
Excellent assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills
