Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Document care accurately and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration
Electronic health records documentation
Infection control practices
Communication and teamwork
