Shift Type: Night Shift and Mid Shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating days and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
Triage and assess patients with urgent medical needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
Monitor and manage critical patients with advanced life support techniques

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Washington or compact state
Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC or ENPC
At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
Ability to float to different units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency and trauma nursing
Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations
Ability to function in a high-stress environment
