Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible 12.5-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with various start times

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on acuity
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver timely interventions
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving procedures
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state eligible)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ED/ER nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing assessment and triage skills
Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and medication administration
Knowledge of ACLS protocols and emergency procedures
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Adaptability and composure under pressure
