End Date: 10-18-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with every third weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment
Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity levels
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately and timely
Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Current RN license in Iowa or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
Ability to work night shifts and every third weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols
