Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations accurately and efficiently
• Position patients and equipment for high-quality imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Operate radiology equipment and adjust technical factors to capture diagnostic images
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate imaging needs
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly
• Provide compassionate, respectful patient care and clear communication during procedures

Qualifications

• Current RADT credential (Radiologic Technologist) required
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain state-specific license as needed
• Demonstrated ability to work the posted schedule: Wed 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; Thu-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Strong patient-care skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Previous experience in diagnostic radiography preferred

Education

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (certificate or associate degree)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with digital radiography equipment and image capture
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices and infection control
• Strong patient positioning and anatomy knowledge
• Good communication skills with patients and clinical teams
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment care skills
