Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with various conditions to improve mobility and function
Develop personalized treatment plans and track patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)
BLS certification required
At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs
Proficiency with electronic health records
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
