Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload, primarily orthopedic with a variety of diagnoses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a state-of-the-art clinic located within an athletic club
Document patient progress accurately using MEDITECH charting system
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (not required at time of submittal but must obtain prior to start)
2+ years of outpatient experience preferred; acute inpatient experience is a plus
Current BLS certification
Ability to treat 12 patients per day in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy techniques
Proficiency with MEDITECH or similar EMR systems
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
