Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
Assess individual needs and create impactful rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Guide patients on exercises and techniques for lasting recovery
Make a real difference in lives by restoring function and independence

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Maryland PT license or compact privileges preferred
BLS certification
Recent experience in acute or rehab settings a plus

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning
Excellent communication for motivating patients
Familiarity with electronic health records
