Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring adherence to hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights to ensure compassionate care
• Teach and direct clinical support staff including LPNs and Medical Assistants
• Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
• Some nursing experience required - new grads not accepted at this time
• Commitment to maintaining confidential patient information
