Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide constant observation and monitoring of assigned patients to ensure safety
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
Assist with redirecting patients as needed to prevent falls or injury
Document patient behavior and observations accurately

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to stay alert and attentive for long periods
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient safety protocols
Strong observation skills
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Basic computer skills for documentation
