Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Assess functional abilities and create meaningful treatment goals
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support recovery journeys
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home safety
- Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy license in California
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
