Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch care
Assess and treat patients with a variety of rehabilitation needs
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
Document progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and functional training techniques
Adaptive equipment recommendations
Electronic documentation and EMR systems
Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
