Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders to create personalized care plans
Deliver skilled, evidence-based rehabilitation treatments including ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Provide compassionate counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Complete thorough documentation and discharge summaries that meet all regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
At least 1 year of OT experience
LTC or Rehab experience preferred
New grads welcome with Level II fieldwork experience

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
Ability to supervise OT assistants and support staff
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
