MRI Technologist
Location: Kearney, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Thursday-Wednesday, 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM (7 days on, 7 days off)
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-ray imaging including operating room procedures to support Level II trauma patients
- Conduct MRI scans for heads and spines to assist neurosurgeons with critical diagnostics
- Deliver high-quality imaging services that directly impact patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure accurate and timely results
- Maintain equipment and follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT and X-ray required
- MRI certification preferred with at least 2 years of experience if not certified
- Valid driver's license required at time of application
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- No current employment with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong technical skills in CT, X-ray, and MRI imaging modalities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and patient care focus
- Comfortable performing OR X-ray procedures
- Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
