Shift Type: MLT shift, as needed - per diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform laboratory tests and analyses to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
Ensure accuracy and quality of test results through proper techniques and equipment
Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting agency
State licensure as required by Missouri
Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in clinical laboratory procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
