Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform laboratory tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
Analyze blood, urine, and tissue samples
Maintain laboratory equipment and quality control
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate results
Follow safety protocols and infection control measures

Qualifications

Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent
State licensure as required
Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems and laboratory information systems
