Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, various days and times as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform and analyze laboratory tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Collect and process specimens according to established protocols
Document and report test results in a timely manner
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by ASCP or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of safety and infection control standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with laboratory information systems
