Roles & Responsibilities

Provide friendly, compassionate patient care and support during clinic visits
Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready
Assist providers with basic procedures and patient workflows
Collect and document vitals and patient information accurately in the chart
Maintain a clean, safe environment and help manage inventory
Communicate clearly with patients and team members to deliver great care

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable with electronic health records and basic clinical tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Able to meet facility credentialing and background requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals, vital signs, and basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
Organizational skills for handling supplies, room turnover, and charting
Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain patient confidentiality
