Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch care to boarder patients from med/surg, stepdown, and ICU in a very busy Level 1 trauma ED
Float to acute units as needed, showcasing your versatility and quick thinking
Handle high-acuity cases with confidence and compassion
Collaborate with a dedicated team to make a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility
Active BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Clean resume with no gaps and strong ED references
ED skills checklist ready to go

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency department operations
Proficiency handling diverse patient types including ICU and stepdown
Strong trauma care skills from TNCC training
Adaptability to float across acute care units
