Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care in a mental health setting, making a real difference in patients' lives
Assist with patient assessments and treatments to support healing journeys
Manage clinical procedures and documentation with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create positive outcomes
Participate in 2 weeks of hands-on training to hit the ground running

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification (MA)
Experience in mental health or correctional settings is a plus
Current BLS certification
Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills including vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in medical documentation and administrative tasks
Adaptability in high-volume mental health environments
