Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammography exams with precision to support early detection
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment to ensure consistent image quality
• Follow ACR and MQSA standards for image acquisition, documentation, and compliance
• Provide compassionate patient care, prioritizing comfort and clear communication
• Participate in mammography quality assurance activities to maintain high standards
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support timely, high-quality diagnoses
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols

Qualifications

• ARRT certification with advanced mammography credentials required
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Experience with mammography quality assurance and ACR/MQSA compliance
• Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience performing screening mammography exams preferred
