Shift Type: Per diem, Sunday-Thursday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident comfort and independence
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Travel nursing experience preferred but enthusiastic newcomers welcome
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced long-term care environment

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in medication administration and resident care protocols
Adaptability to night shifts and per diem scheduling
