Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents at Bel-Aire Center
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to support individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont or compact state
BLS certification required
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and wound care
Comfortable working in long-term care settings
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable and adaptable to changing patient needs
