Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients during night shifts
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Support residents in a rehab setting with dedication and empathy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont
COVID-19 vaccine or documented exemption
Ready to bring state/federal ID and wear photo badge
Committed to every other weekend shifts

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Medication administration expertise
Excellent patient communication
Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
