Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and document accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Maintain a safe and clean environment per facility protocols

Qualifications

Current and unencumbered LPN or RN license in Maryland
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
