Shift Type: Alternating weekly schedule: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Week 2 - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support personalized resident plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment fostering dignity and well-being

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH, ready to bring your skills to New Hampshire
Current certifications including BLS
Genuine passion for resident care with a warm, approachable demeanor
Reliable team player eager to jump into a dynamic facility

Education

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in patient care and safety protocols
Excellent communication for building trust with residents and staff
Attention to detail in documentation and observation
Adaptability to varying schedules and resident needs
