Shift Type: Alternating weekly schedule: Week 1 - Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and independence
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create positive outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH
Current certification and in good standing
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Reliable and ready for travel adventures

Education

LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
Excellent communication and empathy with patients
Team player who thrives in dynamic settings
Attention to detail in all care tasks
