Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) with patience and respect
Perform accurate documentation to keep the care team informed and ensure continuity
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team to advocate for residents
Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment
Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and contribute to resident well-being

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — position listed as Licensed Nursing Assistant - VT/NH
Local candidates only (concord/Harris Hill Center area) — ability to reliably commute
Available to work the evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM for the contract period (2026-04-08 to 2026-06-08)
Able to meet standard facility requirements (credential checks, orientation) for Genesis - Northeast Region

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
Basic clinical documentation and charting skills
Safety-minded approach and adherence to infection control practices
Teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced long-term care setting
