Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to guide meaningful treatment plans
Provide expert therapy sessions using cognitive and core treatment approaches
Chart detailed progress notes to track client improvements
Collaborate with the team to manage risks and symptoms effectively
Deliver compassionate care in a high desert prison setting that truly makes a difference

Qualifications

Active LCSW or LMFT license in good standing
PSYL or LPCC also welcome
Experience in mental health settings, especially with offender populations
Ready to cover essential shifts in a dynamic environment

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Valid state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, PSYL, or LPCC

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Proficient in cognitive therapies and symptom management
Strong charting and documentation abilities
Knowledge of risk assessment and offender mental health
