Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to patients and families, putting safety first
• Complete required competency testing and screenings promptly and accurately
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records in the electronic health record
• Follow infection prevention protocols and immunization requirements to keep everyone safe
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain clinical skills and certifications

Qualifications

• Current, active state healthcare license or certification as applicable to the position (e.g., RN, LPN, allied health credential) or equivalent experience
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing as required
• Ability to pass required health screenings and clearances (see list below)
• Willingness to comply with employer immunization and fit-testing requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Background check and drug screen clearance

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical diploma or degree (e.g., Nursing diploma, ASN/BSN, allied health degree) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation
• Knowledge of infection control best practices and standard precautions
• Strong patient-centered communication and bedside manner
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, policies, and safety procedures
• Good clinical judgment, attention to detail, and time management
