Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with rotational call after hours, Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care
Support physicians during dialysis catheter placements, TIPS, and biopsies
Operate advanced imaging equipment including GE Innova and MedRad injectors
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout every procedure
Collaborate with nursing and transport teams across multiple campuses
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner/RadNet systems

Qualifications

ARRT (RT)(R) certification required
VI certification preferred
Experience in interventional radiology procedures
Ability to work independently during on-call rotations
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations including inmates

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of interventional radiology techniques
Proficiency with GE Innova, MedRad Injector, and Angiojet systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in high-stakes procedural environments
Adaptability to support multiple campuses as needed
