Shift Type: Full-Time Day Shift, Evenings & Weekends as Needed, Potential hybrid work schedule with one remote day per week

Bill Rate: $118,000 – $170,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize pharmacy informatics systems and workflows to boost efficiency across Salina Regional and affiliates
Enhance medication safety and regulatory compliance through innovative technology use
Support drug diversion monitoring programs to protect patients and operations
Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain
Deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care including dispensing and drug information

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
Current Kansas Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure
ASHP-accredited residency preferred
Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) preferred

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Pharmacy automation systems and software
Automated dispensing systems
Smart IV pump technology
Barcoding and scanning technologies
Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
Medication safety monitoring tools
Drug diversion tracking and reporting platforms
Hospital pharmacy experience
Pharmacy informatics and IT applications
