Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (per diem, as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to elderly residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Support residents' mobility and comfort
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification in Maryland
Must bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility
Must have completed or be exempt from COVID-19 vaccine per facility requirements
Ability to wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of elder care best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
