Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a transitional rehabilitation setting
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions throughout the shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Document patient progress and communicate changes to healthcare providers

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Mexico (required)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or transitional care preferred
Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and critical thinking
Medication administration and IV therapy
Wound care and infection control
Effective communication and teamwork
Electronic health record documentation
