Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical judgment and professional knowledge in the Pharmacy Department
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems
• Ensure pharmaceutical care consistent with hospital mission
• Perform activities within established policies and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in good standing in California
• One year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting
• Computer experience with pharmacy programs and Windows
• Demonstrated application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment
