Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible shift times

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques

Qualifications

Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license (must be active)
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Ability to float between multiple hospital sites

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Proficiency in therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Point Click)
