Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with wound care and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and clinical techniques
Knowledge of EHR systems and basic computer skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Patient-focused mindset with attention to detail
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
