Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, age-specific direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Assume leadership responsibilities, delegating tasks to support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies governing healthcare
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Vermont or a compact state
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NRP certifications required prior to start
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted; new graduates welcome
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varied schedules
