Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform standard EEGs in a variety of clinical settings
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Accurately record and label EEG tracings for interpretation
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize test results
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hospital experience performing standard EEGs
• Current CPR certification (BLS/BCLS)
• Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R. EEG T.) credential
• Ability to float as needed between units
• W-2 employee of your agency (required by facility)
