Candidate Pay Rate: $68 - $47.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients in regaining independence through therapeutic activities under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
Implement personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Bring compassion and creativity to every therapy session

Qualifications

Current and valid COTA certification in California
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Passion for helping others achieve their goals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience? Not required - we welcome new grads too!

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
Understanding of patient safety and infection control
Ability to document clearly and efficiently
Empathy and patience in working with diverse populations
