Shift Type: Flexible shifts, including day shifts 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate care and companionship to elderly residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Document care provided accurately

Qualifications

Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric patient care
Strong communication skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to follow care plans
Attention to detail
