Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Emergency Room nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment
Implement best practices and protocols to enhance emergency services
Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Minimum 5 years of ER experience and 2 years of management experience
BLS certification required
TB clearance completed within the last 12 months
Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency room nursing and patient care
Proven management and team leadership abilities
Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
