Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
Monitor patients closely during critical heart surgeries
Maintain sterile environments for optimal outcomes
Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout operations

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Recent CVOR experience preferred
Commitment to high standards in surgical care

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures
Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Excellent teamwork in high-pressure environments
Proficiency with surgical equipment and monitoring
